Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

All communication will preferably be via DM/X, Instagram or Discord.

Prices are in USD. I accept payments via Ko-fi/PayPal.

The full commission must be paid before starting. The only commissions that can be paid 50% upfront are those over $100.

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.

If the request is urgent, there will be an additional charge (50% of the total price).

The estimated delivery time is 2 weeks but may vary. I will keep you informed.

Two rounds of minor revisions are included during the sketch phase. Major changes afterward may incur additional costs.

For my own physical and mental health, I always take two days off (Saturday and Sunday) from any work I am doing. Therefore, any commission-related communication will be handled only on weekdays, unless you need to be informed of delays or a deadline has been missed.

As the artist, I retain the copyright of the work and the right to use it in my portfolio and on social media (watermarked if necessary).

Commissions are for personal use by default (icons, banners, non-monetized use). You cannot resell, use for merchandise, or edit without permission.

For commercial use (merchandise, monetized VTuber streams, Patreon, Fansly, etc.), an additional fee will apply (see commissions page or inquire). You must inform me of the commercial purpose when requesting the commission.

Using my art for AI (Artificial Intelligence) or NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens) purposes is NOT allowed.
